The Adlink cPCI-6840V/RC/70C is a 6U CompactPCI universal blade built on the Intel 855GME chipset with 6300ESB I/O Controller Hub. It delivers dual-processor flexibility, supporting Intel Pentium M (up to 1.8 GHz, 400 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache) and Celeron M variants. The blade operates on a 64-bit/66 MHz CompactPCI bus per PICMG 2.0 Rev. 3.0 and includes hot-swap capability under PICMG 2.1.
The platform accommodates up to 2 GB DDR-333 SDRAM across two 200-pin SO-DIMM sockets and integrates Intel 855GME graphics with 32 MB UMA, supporting CRT, DVI, and LVDS display outputs. Connectivity includes three Gigabit Ethernet ports—two 82546GB Dual-Port controllers for PICMG 2.16 RTM GbE ports plus one 82541PI Single-Port for front-panel GbE. Four USB 2.0 ports distribute across the front panel and RTM.
