The Advantest R6142 is a programmable DC voltage and current generator designed for precision applications, including the evaluation of electronic circuits and components, as well as calibration tasks. It utilizes a time-sharing D/A conversion circuit for enhanced linearity and stability, and features reduced settling time and output noise for improved reliability and throughput in automated test systems. The R6142 is equipped with standard GPIB and BCD parallel interfaces, ensuring compatibility with a variety of host devices such as personal computers and sequencers.
