The Keysight DSOX91304A Infiniium is a 13 GHz analog oscilloscope engineered for high-speed digital design, RF, and microwave signal analysis. This four-channel instrument delivers 80 GSa/s sampling (two channels) and captures transient events with up to 2 Gpts memory depth. Its sub-100 fs jitter measurement floor and advanced analysis toolset—including EZJIT+ for difficult jitter separation, hardware-accelerated de-embedding, and serial data compliance testing—enable precise characterization of high-speed serial buses, RF transients, and complex signal integrity challenges. The scope integrates optional 16 fully-aligned digital channels and supports bandwidth upgrade to 33 GHz. Combined with InfiniiMax II probing systems rated to 13 GHz and InfiniiSim waveform transformation capability, the DSOX91304A addresses USB 3.0, GDDR5, PCI Express Gen 2, and other serial standards validation.
