The Keysight N1092B DCA-M Sampling Oscilloscope is a high-performance instrument designed for precise signal characterization and analysis in high-speed digital and optical communication systems. It offers exceptional sensitivity, with noise levels below 5 µW, enabling accurate measurements even at low signal levels. This compact, integrated instrument is suitable for both R&D and manufacturing applications, providing high throughput and accurate high data-rate analysis.

* **Model:** Agilent/Keysight N1092B DCA-M
* **Sensitivity:** Highest sensitivity with <5 µW noise. N1092 noise is as low as 4 µW. * **Bandwidth:** Up to 45 GHz optical. Electrical channels are available with 30 GHz and 50 GHz bandwidths. Option 40A provides unfiltered bandwidth >40 GHz.
* **Data Rates:** Supports data rates from 20 Gb/s through 53 GBaud. Data rate ranges can be extended using Options PLK and IRC. Supported data rates range from 1 Gb/s to 120 GBaud. The N1090A supports 1 to 10 Gb/s measurements.
* **Jitter:** <200 fs jitter for accurate high data-rate analysis. Jitter RMS as low as 90 fs. * **Sampling Rate:** High 250 kHz sample rate for fast throughput. Maximum sample rate up to 250 KHz. * **Wavelengths:** Supported wavelengths from 750 to 1630 nm, and 750 to 1650 nm. * **Channels:** Dual optical channels. The N1092A/B/C/D/E sampling oscilloscopes provide 1, 2, or 4 optical channels respectively. * **Clock Recovery:** Integrated clock recovery available (Option CDR). * **Power Measurement:** Noise as low as 1 µW (optical). * **Dynamic Range:** Very high dynamic range due to low noise. * **Control Interface:** Controlled via USB from a PC. Uses the same FlexDCA user interface as the DCA-X. * **Form Factor:** Small footprint from compact design.
