Agilent/Keysight 87222D

The Agilent/Keysight 87222D is a 4-port coaxial transfer switch engineered for RF and microwave signal routing from DC to 40 GHz. This electromechanical switch delivers insertion loss of 0.2 dB + 0.025 × frequency (GHz) with isolation exceeding 120 dB at 26.5 GHz and better than 60 dB at 40 GHz. Switching occurs in less than 20 ms with break-before-make operation, and the design supports over 5 million switching cycles for dependable performance in production and automated test environments.
