Agilent/Keysight N4191A

The Agilent/Keysight N4191A is an RF impedance analyzer for precise characterization of electronic components and materials across a broad frequency range. The instrument measures 14 impedance parameters with 4 1/2-digit resolution, supporting both spot and swept measurement modes. Built-in automatic error compensation and specially designed test fixtures deliver outstanding repeatability and accuracy, making it ideal for R&D and production environments.
