The Copley Controls Corp 800-262 is a four-quadrant DC brush servo amplifier engineered for precision motor control across industrial applications. This MOSFET H-bridge output stage accepts standard ±10V control signals and operates in torque, velocity, or voltage feedback modes with IR compensation. Configurable via internal 40-pin header socket, the amplifier allows gain and current-limit adjustment without soldering, accommodating load inductance from 200 µH to 40 mH. Individual peak and continuous current limits, plus a settable peak current time limit, protect against motor and amplifier overload while enabling high-acceleration performance. The unit includes output short-circuit and heatplate overtemperature protection.
