The HP/Agilent 16334A is a 4-terminal pair test fixture with adjustable tweezer contacts for precision impedance characterization of surface-mount components. Direct connection to LCR meters and impedance analyzers enables reliable SMD evaluation from 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm minimum size up to 10 mm width, with continuously adjustable tip spacing to accommodate varying device lead geometry. The fixture accepts a 2-terminal DUT connection through 4-terminal pair BNC connectors, supporting measurements to ±42 V peak (AC+DC) with frequency capability to 110 MHz. Included compensation block minimizes residual impedance and stray admittance effects. Tweezer tips are field-replaceable; cable length is approximately 1 m from BNC connectors to probe tips.
