The Keysight (Agilent) 974A is a 4 ½ digit handheld multimeter delivering 49,999 counts full scale with 0.05% basic DC voltage accuracy. Built for precision electronic measurements, this instrument combines true RMS AC response with AC+DC measurement capability to accurately characterize nonsinusoidal waveforms up to 100 kHz.
