The York / PK Technology FK11 Cleaver CALIBRATED is an ultrasonic fiber cleaving tool that delivers consistently clean, flat cleaves with minimal end-angle deviation. It employs a patented anvil-less ultrasonic cleaving action using an ultrasonically vibrating diamond blade to sever fiber without compressive stress, producing mirror-quality end faces free of hackle and contamination. The instrument is calibrated for high-precision fusion splicing, termination, and fiber testing applications across telecommunications, data networking, and research environments.
