The Burleigh 6000 3-Axis Inchworm Controller delivers closed-loop and open-loop control of up to three Burleigh Inchworm motors with independent or simultaneous operation. Advanced PZT drive electronics provide precise voltage, current, and timing signals for high-speed actuation while maintaining peak resolution across demanding positioning applications. The controller supports manual operation via handset or joystick, as well as remote control through TTL signals and RS-232 protocols, with optional PC integration via 670 Series Computer Interface and LabVIEW.
