The Keysight M9415A is a 3-slot PXIe vector transceiver integrating signal generation and analysis in a single modular instrument. Operating from 380 MHz to 6/8/12 GHz, it delivers 1.2 GHz analysis bandwidth, +20 dBm output power, and < 0.3% EVM on 100 MHz bandwidth OFDM signals. The module combines a Vector Signal Generator (VSG) and Vector Signal Analyzer (VSA) for efficient development and manufacturing test of wireless standards including 5G NR, LTE, WLAN, W-CDMA/HSPA+, and GNSS.
