The instrument features FC/APC ultra-low backreflection connectors and a 2 mm InGaAs detector optimized for singlemode (9/125 µm) fiber. Direct digital display enables immediate result interpretation, while user-adjustable calibration and extraneous backreflection compensation ensure measurement integrity across connector testing, component evaluation, and installation verification workflows.
