The Keysight 54845B Infinium is a 1.5 GHz, 4-channel oscilloscope engineered for signal integrity measurements in high-speed digital and analog designs. It delivers 4 GSa/s per channel sampling with 8-bit ADC resolution and 2 Mpts memory depth, enabling detailed waveform capture and analysis. Advanced triggering modes—edge, pulse width, pattern, video, setup/hold, and protocol-specific (I2C, SPI, USB, RS-232)—isolate critical events for debugging and characterization. The instrument supports up to 200,000 sequences with 2000 points per sequence, plus waveform update rates to 2000 wfms/sec in average mode.
