The Keysight N6765A is a 500 W precision DC power module delivering 20 V at 50 A for demanding automated test equipment and research applications. This double-wide module excels in high-accuracy voltage and current sourcing, with programming accuracy of 0.03% + 5 mV (voltage) and 0.1% + 15 mA (current). Output ripple remains exceptionally low: 5 mV peak-to-peak and 1 mV RMS for voltage, 10 mA RMS for current across the 20 Hz to 20 MHz band. The N6765A simultaneously digitizes voltage and current into an internal measurement buffer, enabling oscilloscope-like waveform capture and analysis down to milliampere and microampere resolution.
