The Abaco Systems / SBS ABI-PMC2-2 is a dual-channel MIL-STD-1553 PMC interface card designed for system-level applications. This card provides a flexible, full-function, dual-redundant MIL-STD-1553 interface to the PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC) carrier. Its Advanced Bus Interface (ABI) architecture enables concurrent and independent operation as a Bus Controller (BC), up to 31 Remote Terminals (RTs), and a dual-function Bus Monitor (BM). The ABI-PMC2-2 supports both MIL-STD-1553A and MIL-STD-1553B standards, featuring pointer-driven transmit and receive buffers, along with extensive programmable event interrupts.
