The Abaco Systems IP-Opto Driver 16 Switch Optical Driver is a single-wide IndustryPack module delivering 16 optically isolated output channels for precision switching control in embedded and industrial systems. Each channel switches 0–60 VDC at up to 1.5 A using solid-state FET technology with 200 mΩ on-resistance, 10⁸ Ω off-resistance, and 4000 Vrms optical isolation. The module integrates a Xilinx FPGA, two independent 32-bit counter/timer functions (CTA and CTB), parallel interface timer, and dual 50-pin connectors for seamless integration into VME, CompactPCI, or PCI-based IndustryPack carriers.
