* COS data can be used for SOE acquisition.
* Onboard buffer stores COS information with time tags for event analysis.
* SOE memory allocated into two buffers, allowing simultaneous processing and loading.
* SOE monitoring on a channel-by-channel basis.
* **Pulse Accumulation:**
* Provides pulse accumulation reporting per channel.
* Pulse accumulation count registers record the number of events per channel.
* Supports accumulation for up to 65,535 pulses per channel.
* **Time Tagging:**
* COS events can be time-tagged with a relative timer value.
* Relative timer values up to 65,535ms.
* Time tag clock can be reset from the VME.
* **Programmable Debounce:**
* Programmable debounce times on a channel-by-channel basis to reject spurious input pulses.
* Debounce time is software-controlled.
* Debounce time can range from 1.25ms to 1.024s.
* Minimum pulse time reliably detected is 2ms.
* If detecting both rising and falling edges, minimum time in each state is 2ms, resulting in a 4ms minimum period for continuous input signals.
