The Abaco Systems / VMIC VMIVME-7459-200 is a single-slot VME IDE CD-RW module that provides mass storage capability for VMEbus systems. This 6U form factor board connects directly to VMEbus P2-compatible Single Board Computers via the rear P2 I/O connector, eliminating front panel cable complexity. The module supports one compact disc drive with optional secondary storage on a hard disk drive or CompactFlash device, sharing a single IDE interface with configurable master/slave operation.
