The Adtech 401800 is a precision signal conditioning and measurement instrument that converts multiple analog input signal types into a standard 4-20 mA DC output. Engineered for industrial process control, monitoring, and automation, the unit accepts AC/DC voltage and current, frequency, millivolts, potentiometer, RTD, thermocouple, and dry contact closure inputs across wide measurement ranges. Independent zero and span controls with elevation/suppression capability up to 100% of range enable flexible signal mapping and offset adjustment.
– Technical Specifications
Input signal types include AC voltage (10 mV–100 Vrms DC to 5 kHz; 50 mV–50 Vrms 5–30 kHz), DC voltage (10 mV–100 V), AC/DC current, frequency (0–30 Hz to 0–30 kHz full scale), millivolts, potentiometer inputs, RTD and thermocouple sensors, and dry contact closures rated 2 mA @ 24 VAC. Calibrated accuracy is ±0.1% of span with linearity to ±0.02% maximum (±0.01% typical). Repeatability reaches ±0.005% maximum and ±0.002% typical. Temperature coefficient on zero and span is ±0.01% of span per °C maximum. Power supply effects and load effects are each ±0.005% of span maximum. Output ripple is limited to 10 mV peak-to-peak. Step response time is 350 milliseconds (10%–90%), with -3 dB bandwidth of 1 Hz.
