The instrument combines automated measurement functions—including occupied bandwidth, adjacent channel power, and power measurement—with flexible resolution control from 300 Hz to 1 MHz. Frequency reading accuracy tracks ±(frequency reading × frequency reference accuracy + span × span accuracy + 0.15 × resolution bandwidth + 1 kHz), while span accuracy reaches ±3% across 50 kHz to 3 GHz operation. Frequency stability of ±5 ppm at operating temperature and residual FM below 100 Hzp-p/100 ms ensure reliable signal characterization.
