The Agilent/HP 53132A is a 3 GHz universal frequency counter delivering high-resolution measurements across RF, microwave, and electronic development applications. It measures frequency, period, ratio, time interval, pulse width, rise/fall time, phase angle, duty cycle, and peak voltage with 12-digit resolution and 150 picosecond time interval accuracy.
