Agilent HP 66000A / 3X 66104A / 66101A Power Supply

The Agilent HP 66000A is a modular DC power system mainframe engineered for automated test equipment and production test environments. This 4U rack-mount mainframe accepts up to eight single-slot DC power modules, delivering 1200 W total system power with up to 150 W per module. The 66104A and 66101A modules provide 0–60 V output at 0–2.5 A, with programming accuracy of 0.03% + 27 mV (voltage) and 0.03% + 1.2 mA (current). Front-panel module removal via quick-disconnect connectors eliminates load-wire disconnection during service. GPIB control with SCPI command set enables remote voltage and current programming, while LIST mode and advanced sequencing support up to 20 parameter sets per output. Programmable over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection safeguard test circuits. Five nonvolatile store-recall states and user-definable power-on configuration streamline recurring test scenarios.
