The Keysight 1130B is a 1.5 GHz probe amplifier engineered for high-speed differential and single-ended probing of low-impedance circuits. Part of the InfiniiMax series, it delivers ultra-low DUT loading through patented resistor probe tip technology, minimal input capacitance, and flat frequency response. The 1130B is the RoHS-compliant successor to the 1130A, offering 100% form, fit, and function equivalence while supporting modern Keysight oscilloscope platforms.

A complete probing system requires one or more probe heads or connectivity kits such as the E2669B differential/single-ended kit or E2675B differential browser kit. AutoProbe interface support ensures plug-and-play operation with compatible instruments.
