The Agilent/Keysight 4991A RF Impedance/Material Analyzer delivers high-performance impedance measurements from 1 MHz to 3 GHz with ±0.8% basic accuracy. Using RF I-V technique, it measures impedance magnitudes from 130 mΩ to 20 kΩ and characterizes component parameters including R, X, G, B, CS, CP, LS, LP, RP, RS, D, Q, and phase angles with superior resolution for small capacitance and inductance values compared to network analyzers.
