The Keysight 55281A Angular Optics Kit extends the measurement capability of the Keysight 5530 Laser Calibration System by adding pitch and yaw measurement functionality. The kit integrates the 10770A Angular Interferometer and 10771A Angular Reflector to enable precision angular motion measurement along multiple axes. This allows direct assessment of rotational accuracy in machine tools and coordinate measuring machines, while identifying sources of linear positioning errors that degrade overall system performance.
