The Agilent/Keysight 66000A is a modular DC power system mainframe that hosts up to eight interchangeable DC power modules in a 4U (7-inch) rack form factor. This high-density platform delivers up to 1200 W total power output—150 W per module maximum—and supplies bias and stimulus power to subassemblies and final products in automated test equipment (ATE) and production test environments. The system simplifies test system assembly, cabling, programming, and debugging through integrated output sequencing, low ripple and noise characteristics, and high-accuracy voltage and current read-back via GPIB.
