Agilent/Keysight 66101A DC Power Supply

The Agilent/Keysight 66101A is a 128 W DC power module engineered for automated test equipment (ATE) and production test environments. This compact power supply delivers 0–8 Vdc at 0–16 A and integrates into the 66000 Series Modular Power System via the 66000A mainframe. The modular architecture enables flexible multi-channel configurations, space-efficient rack integration, and tool-less module swapping through quick-disconnect connectors.

The 66101A combines high precision with low noise performance. Voltage programming accuracy reaches 0.03% + 3 mV with readback accuracy of 0.02% + 2 mV (at 25°C ±5°C). Current programming accuracy is 0.03% + 6 mA with 0.02% + 6 mA readback. Output ripple and noise remain exceptionally low: 2 mV RMS and 5 mV peak-to-peak across 20 Hz to 20 MHz. Line and load regulation are equally precise, with voltage regulation of 0.5 mV line and 1 mV load, and current regulation of 0.75 mA line and 0.5 mA load.
