The Agilent/Keysight 6644A is a 200 W single-output programmable DC power supply engineered for high-throughput testing and development. It delivers 0–60 V at 0–3.5 A with exceptional voltage stability: ±0.06% + 26 mV programming accuracy and 500 µV RMS ripple. Fast voltage and current programming accelerates test cycles, while programmable over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection safeguard device-under-test assemblies.
