The Agilent/Keysight 6672A is a 2000 W single-output DC power supply engineered for high-performance automated test equipment (ATE), production testing, and burn-in applications. It delivers 0–20 V at 0–100 A with programming accuracy of 0.04% + 20 mV (voltage) and 0.1% + 60 mA (current). Exceptionally low ripple and noise—750 µV RMS and 9 mV peak-to-peak across 20 Hz to 20 MHz—combined with fast transient response (< 900 µs) and load regulation of 0.002% + 600 µV ensures reliable, repeatable test results. The supply operates in constant voltage or constant current modes over its full rated range and includes built-in voltage and current measurements. Remote sensing capability allows up to half the rated output voltage to be dropped across load leads, critical for precision applications. GPIB and analog control interfaces enable seamless integration into complex test systems. Fan speed control minimizes acoustic noise during operation. Made in USA/Malaysia, this instrument is rated for Category II installation in standard indoor environments up to 2000 meters altitude.
