This plug-in module is intended for use with compatible Agilent/Keysight mainframe systems, such as the 83480A and 86100 series. It provides two independent electrical measurement channels, each capable of operating at the user-selectable bandwidths, allowing for optimized noise performance at 12.4 GHz or maximum fidelity at 20 GHz for high-speed signals. The module also includes a trigger port with a 2.5 GHz bandwidth.
