The Agilent/Keysight 86120B is a Michelson interferometer-based optical spectrum analyzer for precise measurement of optical signals in communications and component testing. It simultaneously measures multiple laser lines—critical for DWDM and Fabry-Perot laser analysis—with absolute wavelength accuracy of ±3 ppm and differential accuracy of ±2 ppm. The instrument resolves laser lines separated by 20 GHz minimum and completes full wavelength scans in less than 1 second.
