The Keysight B2910BL is a single-channel precision Source/Measure Unit (SMU) that sources and measures voltage and current with exceptional resolution for characterization and testing of electronic components. This benchtop instrument integrates voltage source, current source, voltage meter, and current meter functionality into one compact unit, delivering measurement resolution down to 10 fA / 100 nV and sourcing resolution as low as 100 fA / 1 µV and 10 nA / 1 µV.
