The Keysight B2911B is a precision 1-channel source/measure unit (SMU) delivering integrated 4-quadrant sourcing and measurement in a single compact instrument. It sources up to ±210 V and ±10.5 A pulsed (±3 A DC) while measuring with 6½-digit resolution down to 10 fA and 100 nV. Built-in sweep and arbitrary waveform generation with up to 100,000 levels, 4-wire Kelvin measurement capability, and sampling to 100,000 Sa/s enable fast, accurate characterization of semiconductors, passives, optical components, and emerging technologies without external instrumentation.
