The Keysight BT2203B is an 8-slot charge-discharge mainframe engineered for Li-Ion cell formation and lifetime cycling validation. Operating from 208 VAC 3-phase input power, this platform accommodates up to eight BT2204B or BT2205A modules and supports 256 cells or channels per chassis. Channel current is configurable from ±6 A to ±800 A depending on module selection and paralleling configuration, with maximum voltage rated at 6.0 V per channel. The mainframe executes charge, discharge, pre-charge, rest state, and DC internal resistance (DCIR) measurement routines across up to 256 programmable sequences, each containing up to 50 steps. Real-time monitoring includes voltage, current, power, Amp*Hours, Watt*Hours, ΔV/Δt, ΔI/Δt, ΔV, and ΔI.
