Agilent/Keysight CloudStorm 25GE

The Keysight CloudStorm 25GE is a unified application and security test platform for validating 25 Gigabit Ethernet infrastructure across Layers 2–7. It delivers 2.5 to 3 times higher application performance and 4 times greater encryption performance through hardware-based SSL acceleration compared to competing systems. The platform generates up to 2.4 Terabits of DDoS and botnet attack traffic, supports 1.4 billion concurrent sessions, and benchmarks 960 Gbps of encrypted traffic from a fully populated chassis. Eight-port SFP28 Plus load modules enable flexible multi-rate connectivity: 25GE, 40GE, and 10GE are enabled by default, with optional support for 100GE, 50GE, 40GE, 25GE, and 10GE on individual ports for future investment protection. The system scales linearly to multi-terabit capacity by populating an Ixia XGS12-HSL chassis with multiple CloudStorm modules. CloudStorm 25GE integrates with Keysight BreakingPoint and IxLoad software, supporting multi-user environments through per-port ownership and native QSFP28 100GE optical transceivers alongside 10GE fan-out configurations.
