The Keysight DP0001A is a 400 MHz high-voltage differential probe engineered for precision measurements in power electronics applications involving wide bandgap devices, power converters, and motor drives. It captures fast-edge transient pulses up to 1.2 nsec (10–90%) with minimal circuit loading, delivering 875 psec rise time and exceptional common-mode rejection in high-noise environments. The probe supports differential input voltages to 2000 Vrms (6000 V transient overvoltage) and common-mode voltages to ±2000 Vpk, with selectable attenuation ratios from 50:1 to 500:1. AutoProbe interface integration enables automatic attenuation switching and configuration on compatible Keysight oscilloscopes.
