Agilent/Keysight DSO6014L

The Agilent/Keysight DSO6014L is a 1U-height, rack-mountable digital storage oscilloscope engineered for automated test equipment (ATE) integration. It delivers four analog channels at 100 MHz bandwidth with 2 GSa/s sampling and 8 Mpts standard memory, expandable via MegaZoom III deep memory technology. An optional Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) module adds 16 digital channels at 250 MHz maximum input frequency. The compact design accommodates space-constrained installations while maintaining full instrumentation capability.
