Agilent/Keysight DSO6054A

The Agilent/Keysight DSO6054A is a 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope delivering 500 MHz bandwidth and 4 GSa/s sample rate for analog, digital, and serial signal analysis. MegaZoom III technology enables capture of long, non-repeating signals with standard 2 Mpts memory (expandable to 8 Mpts) while maintaining high sample rates. The instrument combines an 8-bit vertical resolution standard (12-bit available in high-resolution mode) with a 256-level intensity-graded XGA display for precise waveform visualization. Peak detection reaches 250 ps, and the 100,000 waveforms/sec update rate captures transient events reliably.
