The Keysight DSO91304A is a 13 GHz high-performance digital oscilloscope built on the Infiniium 90000A platform for signal integrity and complex signal analysis. This four-channel instrument captures high-speed signals at 40 GSa/s with deep memory up to 1 Gpts per channel, enabling detailed signal reconstruction and anomaly detection. The DSO91304A delivers superior measurement accuracy with noise floors as low as 3.01 mVrms (100 mV/div) and 1.73 mVrms (50 mV/div), combined with advanced triggering through InfiniiScan Plus and the industry’s only 3-level trigger sequencing. Its 8-bit vertical resolution improves to better than 12 bits with averaging.
