The Keysight DSOX3054A is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series delivering 500 MHz bandwidth and 4 GSa/s sampling rate. Built around an 8.5-inch WVGA color display, it captures up to 4 Mpts of memory and updates waveforms at 1,000,000 wfms/s, enabling real-time observation of fast signal dynamics. The 700 ps rise time and 8-bit vertical resolution support precise analog measurements across a full range of test scenarios.
This platform excels in mixed-signal applications through upgradeable architecture. Users can add 16 digital channels to transform the unit into a mixed signal oscilloscope, integrate a 20 MHz arbitrary waveform generator with modulation, deploy a 3-digit voltmeter, enable a 5-digit frequency counter, and unlock serial protocol triggering and analysis. Advanced triggering modes—edge, pulse width, and video—accommodate complex signal conditions. On-board math functions include add, subtract, multiply, and FFT operations.
Connectivity spans USB 2.0 host and device ports with optional LAN, VGA, and GPIB interfaces. Each channel ships with an N2890A 500 MHz passive probe (10:1 attenuation). Supplied accessories include a calibration certificate, power cord, and CD. The instrument incorporates a secure erase feature for data protection.
