Integrated waveform math functions include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and FFT analysis.

Optional WaveGen built-in function generator delivers 20 MHz arbitrary waveform generation with sine, square, pulse, triangle, ramp, noise, and DC output modes. Logic timing analyzer functionality (16 digital channels optional) enables mixed-signal troubleshooting. Optional protocol analyzer provides serial protocol triggering and decoding.
