The Keysight DSOX4022A is a 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope delivering 200 MHz bandwidth and real-time acquisition across all channels. Part of the InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series, this instrument combines high-speed sampling at 5 GSa/s (interleaved) or 2.5 GSa/s per channel with a 12.1-inch capacitive touch display for intuitive signal analysis. The oscilloscope captures complex signal anomalies efficiently through MegaZoom IV smart memory technology and standard segmented memory, updating waveforms at over 1 million per second. With 4 Mpts maximum memory depth per channel and a calculated rise time of ≤1.75 ns, the DSOX4022A supports detailed transient characterization across time scales from 2 ns/div to 50 s/div.
