The Keysight DSOX4054A is a 500 MHz, 4-channel oscilloscope built for signal analysis and electronic troubleshooting. It acquires waveforms at 5 GSa/s with 4 Mpts memory depth and refreshes at 1,000,000 wfms/s, enabling real-time visibility into complex signal behavior. The 12.1-inch capacitive touch display with InfiniiScan Zone touch triggering and MegaZoom IV memory technology streamlines measurement workflows. Four BNC analog inputs accept included N2894A 700 MHz passive probes (10:1 attenuation). Connectivity spans three USB 2.0 host ports, one USB 2.0 device port, LAN, VGA output, and optional GPIB for remote operation and data logging via PathWave BenchVue software.
