Agilent/Keysight E1426A

The Agilent/Keysight E1426A is a VXIbus digitizing oscilloscope module that delivers four-channel, high-speed data acquisition in a compact C-size, 2-slot form factor. Operating at 500 MHz bandwidth across all channels with 8-bit vertical resolution, this message-based module employs random repetitive sampling (equivalent time sampling) to achieve fine time resolution down to 20 ps. The E1426A provides programmable vertical sensitivity from 8 mV to 40 V full scale with ± 0.4% accuracy, selectable 1 MΩ or 50 Ω input impedance, and AC/DC coupling. It accommodates input signals up to ± 250 V at 1 MΩ impedance with offset capability to ± 250 V.
