Agilent/Keysight E3641A

The Agilent/Keysight E3641A is a 30 W single-output programmable DC power supply delivering dual-range flexibility for diverse bench and production testing scenarios. Two selectable ranges—0 to 35 VDC at 0 to 0.8 A, or 0 to 60 VDC at 0 to 0.5 A—enable optimization for either higher current at lower voltage or lower current at higher voltage applications. Programming accuracy reaches ±(0.05% of output + 10 mV) for voltage and ±(0.2% of output + 10 mA) for current at 25°C ±5°C. Load regulation is held below 0.01% + 3 mV (voltage) with line regulation at 0.01%, while voltage ripple and noise remain under 8 mVpp / 1 mVrms across 20 Hz to 20 MHz.
