Agilent/Keysight E5387A

The Keysight E5387A is a connectorless soft-touch probe designed for direct contact with target board signal pads, eliminating the need for physical connectors on the device under test. Using micro spring-pin technology, it accommodates board surface variations and contamination while maintaining reliable electrical contact. The probe integrates with Keysight logic analyzers via 90-pin cable connectors and includes a top-side retention module for secure attachment without requiring back-side access.
