The Keysight E5387A is a connectorless soft-touch probe designed for direct contact with target board signal pads, eliminating the need for physical connectors on the device under test. The probe integrates with Keysight logic analyzers via 90-pin cable connectors and includes a top-side retention module for secure attachment without requiring back-side access.
