The Keysight EXR058A Infiniium EXR-Series Oscilloscope delivers 500 MHz bandwidth across all 8 analog channels with simultaneous 16 GSa/s sampling and 10-bit ADC resolution. This multi-function instrument integrates oscilloscope, logic analyzer, arbitrary waveform generator, frequency response analyzer, counter, voltmeter, and protocol analyzer capabilities in a single platform. The 15.6″ capacitive touch display provides intuitive signal analysis with over 50 voltage and timing measurements, FFT, eye diagrams, and clock recovery functions.
