The Keysight M9183A is a 6½-digit PXIe source/measurement unit engineered for high-throughput automated test environments. It simultaneously sources and measures voltage and current with market-leading speed: up to 15,000 readings/second at a 66 µs reading interval. This hybrid-compatible module integrates into PXI, CompactPCI, or PXIe chassis and delivers comprehensive measurement coverage across DC/AC voltage and current, 2- and 4-wire resistance, frequency, period, capacitance, temperature (thermocouple, RTD, thermistor), pulse width, duty cycle, and event counting.
