The Keysight MSOX2014A is a mixed-signal oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series that captures and analyzes analog and digital signals simultaneously. It combines 100 MHz bandwidth, four analog channels, and eight digital channels in a single instrument. The 1 Mpts acquisition memory per channel and up to 200,000 waveforms/sec update rate deliver detailed transient visibility. An 8.5-inch WVGA color display and USB host/device connectivity support field analysis and data transfer.
